Approx. 30 mins drive (car or bus) away from the Paraguayan capital city Asunciõn at the south shore of the 46km² Ypacaraí-Sees, you'll find the new vacation resort "Paraiso al Lago" , managed by European staff.

This new site "Paraiso al Lago" spreads from the entrance area located at the road from/to Asunciõn and ends after ~1 km at the 180 m long beach on the lake shore. In this area we offer you affordable plots (called "Lotes").

Our plots have a size of 370 m² each. With our fix price of 7'000 € per plot, we are ~ 30% to 85% below the price level of comparable urbanised areas next to the capital city. You are free to buy one or more adjacent plots according to your needs. High qualitatiy villas (new and acc. to your reuqirements) are offered from 35'000 to 85'000 € building expenses, depending on dwell space and outfit -like everwhere on this world. Calculate your budget with a base price of 250 to 500 €/m² dwell space for a "ready for occupancy" building. This is a indicative m² price only - the final price will in any case be depending on your desires and your budget!

• All houses were designed by a german architect based upon european standards and the supervision of building work will be managed and approved by a german civil engineer.

• Our houses have all aircondioning cold/heating and solar panels for water heating. They all provide inside/outside chimneys.

• Our houses are troughout accessible for wheel chair users even the toiletts and the showers.

• All bath rooms provide bathtube, shower, toilette and urinal. The main bedrooms in house types "A" and "C" are equipped with a walking closet.

• All buildings provide a guest toilette, a store room and a washing room.

The monthly maintenance and management fees are very low and reasonable: 48,50 €. This fee contains the remunerations for the garden- and housekeepers, the door guards, the site management and all efforts to maintain the urbanisation in good shape (lawn mowing, small house repairs etc.).
