Modular concept
Most of our house models are structured into individual modules and enable a step-by-step construction fitting your financial planning. Generally speaking, once a building permission has obtained from the public authorities, you must start the building work within at least 5 years. However, before applying for the building permit and starting the construction work, we strongly advise to have a complete project planning for all stages and you should build the complete foundation and base floor whilst the first stage. This prevents additional applications for building permissions later on and is saving overall costs.
You are free to change the arrangement and the sizing of the interior rooms fullfilling your requirements as long as static parameters of the building are not impacted.
