This means that you must add 3% (TTC) to the published price on this page if your building project is located in Zone H.2 (Ardèche, Drôme or  Vaucluse). The published price tag on this prospectus is valid for the Zone H.3 (Gard)!

Article 26 : Propriété des plans
Conformément à la loi française no. 57-298 du 11 mars 1957 et des textes qui l’ont modifiée, les éléments du projet établis par le constructeur, notamment les plans, restent sa propriété.
Le maître d’ouvrage s’interdit de reproduire ou d’utiliser pour son compte personnel ou de transmettre à quiconque, pour quelque cause que ce soit, les documents contractuels, sous peine de poursuites judicaires.
