Article 26 : Propriété des plans. Conformément à la loi française no. 57-298 du 11 mars 1957 et des textes qui l’ont modifiée, les éléments du projet établis par le constructeur, notamment les plans, restent sa propriété. Le maître d’ouvrage s’interdit de reproduire ou d’utiliser pour son compte personnel ou de transmettre à quiconque, pour quelque cause que ce soit, les documents contractuels, sous peine de poursuites judicaires.
The price for the “Bio-homes” including these items:

- enforced acoustic and heat insulated windows (triple glass)
- enforced roof construction for placement of sun solar panels and/or photo voltage panels

Our BIO-climate-houses could optionally be realised with a combination of wood and conventional construction elements according to your wishes/ideas.
Applicable for all housemodels above:
- all livingspace floors with ceramic tilings of your choice
- all construction-wood protected with pesticides; label C.T.B. CI.
- rustic outside-plaster with color of your choice (warranty 10 Years)
- double glass windows; label Acotherm
- electric installations acc. french norms and EDF rules
- Warranty for good craftsman work

- Warranty for on-time delievery
- Insurances: craftsman damages, all risk on construction-site, accident liabilities
- personalised plans: allows you to adjust the plans to your individual requirements

Please take note, that the houses mentioned in this prospectus are built only in a area of approx. 40 miles (60 kms) around Pont-Saint-Esprit (Gard). This limit does not apply for the "bio-homes"! If your home building project is outside of these region and if you like our house – style, you could apply to buy a licence for the construction plans and file. Information about our services and support is available on these page!
